The Frolicking Floater toy was invented by Brett Diffley of Kent, Washington. Brett has a passion for water sports of all types including fishing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, snorkeling, and more. It is his passion for water sports combined with his love of children that lead to the invention of Frolicking Floaters. Frolicking Floaters began with just a sketch of an idea. Brett took the time to show the concept of the new toy to friends, family, and colleagues and it was met with such a positive response that he developed his first proto-type. The prototype was met with such enthusiasm that he knew he was on to something. “After they started playing with the toy, it was so much fun that I couldn’t get them to stop.”
